Again celebrities in The Three Corners Rihana Resort where from October
1st till October 8th the top of the Belgian TV chefs were demonstrating
their skills to a group of culinary fans of "Kookeiland". The chefs
have names like clocks: Piet Huysentruyt from the tv-programs "De
Perfecte Keuken" and "SOS Piet", Albert Verdeyen from "Start to Cook"
and Mitch Coldenhoff who as a young chef participated to "Chefs on
Tour" during Paris-Nice, the Dauphiné Liberé and the Tour de France.
The celebrity chefs held two cooking session and demonstrations a
day for a more than interested audience that in the meantime could
taste of their amazing creations.
Not only their audience learned from their skills but also the chefs
of our Rihana Resort were enthusiastically picking up ideas for their
cuisine. The results will certainly be reflected in our restaurants, more
particularly in "Chez Pascal" and "Dolce Vita".
In despite of this loaded program there was also place for a lot of fun.
Every day the singer Tony Cabana and dj Gino Laureyssen took care of
the ambience till morning dawn (or nearly).
Through this way we also would like to thank our chefs who supported
to organize and streamline these demonstrations: Michel Boury,
corporate director F&B, Nick Boury, area manager of our á la carte
restaurants and our executive chef Ali with his staff. |
