| Awards for our resorts |

Leading British touroperator Thomas Cook granted our two resorts in El Gouna, Rihana Resort and Ocean View Hotel,
the "Marque of Excellence Award 2009". For Ocean View it is the second award in a row.
This distinction is annually accorded in recognition of the hotel's high service standards and quality of its accommodations.
The quality is judged through the rating parameters like accommodation, reception service, cleanliness, furnishing
and decor standard, bar service, quality and choice of food, swimming pools, entertainment among others.
Important about this award is that clients are the ones who assess the hotels by responding to Thomas Cook’s satisfaction
polls, which measure the service, facilities and quality of the accommodations.

More reasons to be proud. Rihana Resort received also its Certificate of Excellence from Cristal. Cristal audits hotels
on a frequent basis over 250 control points concerning environmental, health and safety related management. The
system makes certain that all possible care has been taken to ensure that the food served in hotel restaurants is of the
highest quality as regards food hygiene. The Cristal program is recognized by Tour Operators and Health Authorities in
individual countries.

Guests and the management of our hotels in El Gouna, Rihana Resort and Ocean View Hotel, actively participated in
the different cleaning activities at the beaches. Throughout El Gouna on the beach and underwater hundreds of bags
of garbage (mostly from the beach) were collected. The garbage was taken at the end of the day to the recycling facility,
to be sorted and recycled.
